Select Change plan settings> Change advanced power settings.
“It is recommended to set the battery level percentage to 25%” From here, you can set a limit on the percentage charge required for the pop-up notification.
In most cases, these options are on but if “On battery” and “plugged-in” options are off, then turn them on > Apply> OKĪfter applying method 1 in the system if the issue persists, then please adjust battery level settings.
In the new pop-up, click on the + besides the battery option and then select Low battery notification.
Connecting back the cable the Logitech Options software lists the keyboard as "Charging," and after a moment "Charge Complete." Restarting my W10 computer repeats the cycle. When unplugged the battery is listed as "Full," in the Logitech Options software. Through the Logitech Options software the keyboard battery's charge level is listed as "Unknown" when wired and connected via Bluetooth. I also have a Logitech Unifying USB receiver connected at all times for my M570 (M/N: T-R0001) mouse. Dismissing the message makes it go away until my W10 computer is restarted. Yet, the W10 message ""MX Keys battery is low," continues to appear at every startup when wired and connected via Bluetooth. The keyboard itself functions as expected wired, via the included Unifying USB receiver, or Bluetooth alone. The same message occurs with two different USB-C to USB-A cords (including the packaged cord). I have it wired, but connected via Bluetooth to my W10 computer (Edition Windows 10 Home / Version 20H2 / Installed on 1/23/2021 / OS build 19042.867 / Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0 /). I too have the same issue with my MX keyboard (M/N: YR0073).
